KOURMA WITH ALMONDS

Ingredients :

  • 1/3 cup of Mustard Oil
  • 500g Mutton cut in small pieces
  • 2 Onion Sliced,
  • 2 Cloves, Garlic Chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon Chopped Ginger

SHAHI KHEER

Ingredients :

  • Dissolves the contents of
    this pack in a thick bottom vessel
    with 500ml of water Blendwell.
  • Bring to boil, stirring occasionally
  • Simmer cook on medium heat for
    5 minutes or till you get desired
    consistency. Stir occasionally.
    Serve hot or cold.
  • One Pack Serves 4 Persons.
