Indian Recipes



Ingredients :

  • Chicken 1 Pieces (medium sized) 1 small
  • Ginger Paste ½ tbsp,
  • Garlic Paste ½ tbsp
  • Kanwal Chicken Masala Powder 1 tsp
  • Kanwal Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
  • Salt as per taste
  • Butter 2 tsp
  • Green Chillies (slit) 4-5
  • Tomato Puree 2 cups
  • Cashew Nuts (crushed) 2 tsp
  • Vineger 1 tsp
  • Lemon Juice 1 tsp
  • Coriander Leaves 2 tsp
  • Cream ½ cup
Method of preparation
Marinate the chicken pleces with ginger paste, garlic paste, chicken masala powder, red chiili powder and salt for about ½ hour. Heat butter in a pan. Add the marinated chicken and cook on medium heat. Add slit green chillies and continue to cook for a while. Add tomato puree and a little water and mix. Add crushed cashew nuts and simmer till the chicken is tender. Add vineger, lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves. Add cream, cover and continue to cook for 2-3 minutes. Let it remain for about 5 minutes and Serve hot.
