Ingredients :

  • Mutton/Chicken 1 Kg,Oil/Ghee 200 Gms,
  • Curds (Dahi)150 Gms,
  • Onions 100 Gms Alamin Basmati Rice One Pack,
  • Alamin Biryani Masala One Sachet
Method of preparation:Take Alamin Basmati Rice in a vessel, wash it twice and keep it soaked in water for 30 minutes.Pour oil in a frying pan and add finely chopped onions to it. Fry till the onion turns pale brown in colour, separate the onions from oil/ghee. Cook the mutton/chicken in one litre of water till it tenders approximately 10-15 minutes. Add some salt as required.Pour Alamin Biryani Masala (sachet) and curds to the gravy and cook for 5 minutes. Add1 litre of water to make it thinner.Add soaked rice after water is filtered out of it to mutton/chicken gravy.Pour ghee/oil and fried onions and stir well.Cook it on low flame for 10 minutes.
Keep the lid of the vessel tightly closed.
Cook till you smell Biryani fragrance.
