Ingredients :

  • 1/3 cup of Mustard Oil
  • 500g Mutton cut in small pieces,
  • 2 Onion Sliced,
  • 2 Cloves, Garlic Chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon Chopped Ginger
  • 2 tbsp Kanwal Meat Masala,
  • 2 tbsp Cup Tomato Paste
  • 200ml Natural Yoghurt
  • ΒΌ Cup Cream
  • 1/3 Cup Ground Almonds
Method of preparation
Heat the mustard oil in a large heavy based frying pan. Add onion to the pan. Cook until browned. Add lamb and cook until properly fried. Separate it Add garlic and ginger, cook for a 1 minute in a separate pan. Add Kanwal Meat Masala and cook for 30 sec in slow heat. Add tomato paste and return the meat to the big pan. Mix together yoghurt, cream and almonds in a separate utensil. Add the mixture to the pan and stir until made thick. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Serve immediately with rice.
